In this tutorial, we will look at a Transformer Post Device. Transformer substations are elements of the power system, in which the voltage of the electricity coming from the substation is transformed to a value of 0.4 kV.
They are supplied by overhead or cable power lines for voltage 20 or 10kV. They consist of a medium voltage switchgear, one or two power transformers, a low voltage switchgear, switching devices.
